second n third day...

the next day... woke up at 7am but the sky already like 9am..

ohya forgot to say that vietnam time is 1 hour earlier than msia.

after saying farewell to cousin's we headed to our waiting point

for the bus outside RMIT.

taiwan apek just lack of the big camera hanging on the neck.

not long after 20 minutes the bus came..

actually we joined a 2 days 1 night tour to mekong river delta.

mekong river is the longest river in asia..

why? the river passes 6 countries..starting from

china thailand myanmar laos cambodia n ends at vietnam.

the tourist that joined this tour are all "ANG MO".

i felt like an ANG MO too.. hahahhaha...

after about 3 hours ++ in the bus at last we reached a jetty..

got onto a boat. and the boat brought us around the big mekong delta..

then we stopped by a rice paper shop.. hahahhaa..

this shop shows us how to create rice paper and what isit used for..

they're killing a dog for dinner that night.. seriously man..

they just cut the dog in the water,, ewwwwwwwww.

then, the boat stopped us at some place for makan..

pork chop rice... nice!!!! hahahha.

after lunch... we went to see this traditional vietnamese musical

performance. hahahaha..

this are the 3 type of main instruments that the natives who live

along meking delta play when are get together and have fun..

the left one is called the guitar but only 5 strings specially made wan..

the center one is like the chinese gu zhen.. dunno what its called

the 3rd one is chinese pi pa with extra 1 string specially made too.. hahhaa.

this 2 they sang well.. the long hair girl cried when seh was singing..

so into it man.. hahahaha.

tell u the truth.. this guy looks like weng seng. hahahaha.

after that.. he got on our boat headed back... when we got back on shore..

i saw this freakishly big boat with freakin lots of ppl on it.. this one

is the zoomed version.. hahahaha.

we got on to the bus.. after 1 and a half hour.. we stopped by another port

to wait for the ferry to get over the other side.. felt like i was at penang..

the port had not much people. but soon enough..

the port was filled up by motorcycles.. freaked me out man..

is like the ferry is specially made for motorcycles man.. hahaha.

got on the ferry.. saw alot of motor freaked out again.. hahaha.

this is a bridge which is still under construction.. hahaha.. like penang bridge.

we got to the other side of the big river.. the place is called cAn thO.

u pronounce it as ken te hahahaha.. weird..

we got to our hotel.. the hotel was tri star hotel but felt like it was

no star.. but still not bad la... like all those china stop over hotell.. hahahah.

after we settled down. we had to go out to search for dinner ourselves..

because the dinner was not included in the tour. hahahaha..

so we went to search for food... it was quite a long n fun journey..

why? because while walking along the road in cAn thO.

saw alot of chicks... vietnam's population is 60% female n 40% male..

so u get me now rite.. and among 10 girls u can see 7 pretty girls..

seriously..yeah... while walking i found out all these people..

stared at me like they never seen such tall asian boy before..

they just stare me from head to toe n toe to head again..lol..

well vietnamese are all short ppl... no one can pass 175cm serious.. hahaha..

we walked about like 4 to 5 km until we found a chinese restaurant..

the food there not bad.. cuz its influence by vietnamese cuisine too.. hahaha..

this is called the phO. u pronounce it as fe. its like ipoh hor fun..

but alot tastier then ipoh hor fun.. seriously..

this is the famous vietnam chilli.. how powerful it is?

haha.. i picked the seeds out n put it on the saucer with soya sauce..

ps: seeds only.. then i tasted the soya sauce itself... it was freaking spicy

already... like eating chilli padi.. somemore my dad just put the whole chilli

into his house. hahahha.

erm not that nice cuz got herbs inside.yuck!!.

after dinner 8 of us headed back to the hotel by walking

and enjoyed the view while walking back.. hahahaa..

by 12 something everyone dozed off... but i couldnt sleep..

so i turned on the tv.. i scrolled around the channels cuz too many..

suddenly got 1 channel which contains elements rated 18SX.

damn.. straight turn off the tv go sleep.. hahahaha..

next morning woke up and got everything ready and gathered

with the tour by 7.30 am. had our breakfast and left by 8.

the tour headed to a riverside again.. hahaha..

but this time we got on some small sampan.. hahahaha..

selling pineapples hahaha..

another floating market but this one was bigger than the

one we saw the day before.. hahaha./

chun la this auntie.. hahaha/

so yeah.. we then headed to a rice making factory..

then, we left to see the mangrove forest. hahaha.

ok.. we had our short pitstop in the forest.. hahaha..

after that... we went back to shore again..

the market.. whats so speciall.. everything sold here are all

vegetables.. and all the mongers there are all farmers themself..

hahaha..

at cAn thO. we went back to the chinese restaurant

we ate the night before.. hahahaha.. the sun was freakin glary

and hot.. seriously man.. no rain at all..

after lunch went back to the hotell to check out..

then went to the port to wait for the ferry..

while waiting we saw something very pityful..

there's this guy with the motor with a cage behind with some cute

puppies behind..

see.... mum went to ask the guy what are this puppies for?

eating? the guy just smile hahahaha.. u should know what it meant rite?

hahahaha. so yeah after we got to the other side..we had to wait

for another bus to come fetch us back to the city. hahaha.

got back to the city by 7 something.. met up with cousin's n family..

headed for dinner together.. hahaha.. 14 of us.. hahaha.

now u know why i got fat right?hahaha

it was a buffet dinner. the food there was very fattening..

plus they had chicken egg..

whats so speciall? the chicken egg contains chick meat. which means..

when the chick is gonna hatch from the egg they cook them together

with the egg.. hahahaa.

after dinner we headed to this place known as..

ben tanh market.. hahaha.. lots of stuffs there..

its something like our chi cheong kai in kl..

but even more stuffs man.. the shoes n jeans there are freaking

cheap.. hahahaha.. but the ladies who sell stuffs there are like

prostitute man.. my dad n my uncle was 1 of their victim..

kesian.. hahahaha.. they wont let u go unless u buy stuffs from them.

hahaha.. look at them so handsome n cute.. hahahaha..

after that headed back to counsins house to rest..
